In this session, you will learn why Nextera Energy Resources (NEER) improved their mindset and shifted from an operational perspective to a safety and environmental perspective as it relates to fire mitigation. You will receive a comprehensive review of how NEER evaluated its assets and identified process improvements. You will also see how NEER documented and institutionalized its processes into a Wildfire Mitigation Plan that is a subset of the NEER Emergency Preparedness Plan.
