Galen Fecht joined the utility industry and RS Technologies, a manufacturer of modular FRP composite utility poles, in April, 2008. He serves RS as Director of Technical Service and International Sales. Galen leads RS’s involvement with various industry groups including IEEE, EPRI, CEATI, CIGRE and the ASCE where he is an Associate Member and currently serves as the Committee Chair for Manual of Practice 104, Recommended Practice for Fiber-Reinforced Polymer Products for Overhead Utility Line Structures.
