Vanessa Bryan is Manager of PSPS Customer Engagement Strategy & Planning for Pacific Gas and Electric Company's (PG&E) Local Customer Experience Department. As a key member the project management office for the Community Wildfire Safety Program since its inception in 2018, Vanessa and has been focused on building awareness and preparation for wildfire safety and Public Safety Power Shutoffs, as well as co-creating solutions with Community Based Organizations (CBOs) to mitigate impacts for the Access and Functional Needs (AFN) community. Vanessa has been with PG&E for over 12 years, holding a variety of positions of increasing responsibility focused on customer engagement.

Prior to PG&E, Vanessa gained extensive customer facing experience in the specialty recruiting industry with 7 years as an Area Business Development Manager at Accountants Inc., and 2 years Inside Sales Account Management at Tangent Computer and Customer Service at Netflix.com. Vanessa has a BA in Journalism, option in Public Relations, and a minor in Human Resource Management from California State University, Chico.
