Director of Customer Care
Todd Cahill is currently Director of Customer Care for San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E). In this role, he oversees the department that is responsible for the relationship and service for all of SDG&E’s residential and small business customers. In addition, he oversees rate design for SDG&E along with SDG&E’s digital customer experience. Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University and an MBA from San Diego State University.
